Quick answers
- How long does it take to hear back?
- Email gets a same-day reply during Indian business hours (10:00–19:00 IST, Mon–Fri). WhatsApp is usually faster — within an hour or two. Grievances under DPDP §13 are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 30 days, per the Act.
- Can I just delete my account?
- Yes, instantly, from Settings → Your data rights → Erasure. There's a 7-day grace window in case you change your mind; after that we hard-delete everything (applications, résumé versions, inbox threads, audit log). No need to email anyone.
- I got billed and don't recognise the charge.
- Razorpay handles every payment. Email support@axelhired.com with the order ID (Settings → Plans and billing → Payment history) and we'll refund the same day. We never charge cards without a clear subscription page consent.
- The Chrome extension isn't working.
- Try Settings → Channels and integrations → step 2 (sign out, sign in again with the AxelHired button). If that doesn't fix it, email support@axelhired.com with the extension version (chrome://extensions → Details → version field) and we'll dig in.
- My résumé hasn't been parsed yet.
- Most résumés parse within 60 seconds of upload. If the dashboard shows the parser banner for longer than 5 minutes, re-upload from Profile → Re-upload résumé. Persistent failure usually means an unusual font in the source PDF; convert to .docx and try again, or email support@axelhired.com.
