Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
AxelHired is a product operated by Sharpe Holdings Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (referred to in these Terms as “we”, “us”, or “the Company”). By creating an AxelHired account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AxelHired automates job applications across supported job boards and applicant-tracking systems. You authorise us to submit applications on your behalf using the résumé, profile, and credentials you provide, subject to the daily caps shown in your dashboard.
3. Honest representation policy
We do not fabricate experience, employers, certifications, or any other claim on your behalf. Resume tailoring is restricted to selecting and re-ordering from blocks you have provided. You are responsible for the truthfulness of every piece of content in your profile.
4. Acceptable use
- One account per individual; sharing accounts is prohibited.
- Do not use AxelHired to apply on behalf of someone else without their explicit written authorisation.
- Do not attempt to circumvent daily caps, rate limits, or our anti-abuse systems.
- Do not upload resumes you do not own the rights to.
5. Third-party platforms
The job boards we interact with (Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Indeed, etc.) are operated by independent companies subject to their own terms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform for which you provide credentials. We endeavour to be a good citizen of those platforms (rate-limited, human-like pacing) but make no warranty about long-term coverage of any specific platform.
6. Payments and refunds
Subscriptions and credit top-ups are processed via Razorpay. Unused subscription days are non-refundable except where required by Indian law. Credit packs do not expire. We honour a money-back guarantee on the Starter plan if you receive fewer than 2% recruiter responses in your first 100 applications, refundable to original payment method.
7. Disclaimers
AxelHired is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific career outcome. Application success rates depend on resume quality, market conditions, and platform behaviour outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
You may terminate at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, with reasonable notice where feasible.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
