DPDP Act, 2023 §6(7) treats consent for non-essential tracking as a separate affirmative action — pre-checked boxes are not consent. We split cookies into three categories below. You can change your choice any time from this page or by clearing site data.

Required for sign-in, billing, and security. Cannot be disabled — disabling these would break the product.

Replay (on error) (1)
Captures the last 60 seconds of the page when an error is thrown so we can reproduce + fix faster. Off by default.

How to change your choice
- Reopen this page and use the banner at the bottom (or clear
axelhired.cookieConsent.v1in localStorage to be prompted again). - Use your browser's site-settings panel to clear all cookies + storage for
axelhired.com. - Email grievance@axelhired.com — we'll reflect the change in our consent ledger within 24 hours and confirm.
Consent ledger
Every consent action (accept, essential-only, revoke) is recorded server-side with a timestamp, version, and the surface you were on. This satisfies DPDP §6(6) — the Data Fiduciary must prove valid consent was obtained. You can request a full export of your consent history any time from Settings → Account → Export.
Cookies that other domains set on our pages (Razorpay checkout iframe, Sentry, PostHog) are governed by those companies' own policies. Their privacy policies are linked from our Privacy Policy §5.
