AxelHired is a product of Sharpe Holdings Private Limited, a company registered in New Delhi (CIN U64990DL2026PTC465891). We are India-first because the job-seeker experience here is unlike anywhere else. CTC bands, notice periods, GST invoices, UPI Autopay, WhatsApp-first delivery: no global tool gets it right.

Three commitments that everything else flows from:

• No fabrication. We rephrase blocks you wrote. We never invent experience, certifications, or projects, even when the job asks. This is written into our Terms.
• Preview before send. Every apply shows the rewritten bullet and the screening answers before we submit. Auto-approve is opt-in, never default.
• DPDP from day one. Supabase Mumbai (ap-south-1). Row-Level Security on every PII table. Credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Audit logs on every apply action.
